        Always great service from Richard and his team at the evohome shop, this company not only sells the product but knows it inside and out. The only place to buy evohome gear imo!

        I found pre and post-sales phone calls a condescending experience. Perhaps The Evohome Shop is sick of customers phoning to ask the same stupid questions and this is reflected by their tone over the phone. Unfortunately The Evohome system is not an intuitive system to install and setup and average joe will probably need support at some point. My advise is to stick to email... Note that the displays on the radiator thermostats do not rotate so first check the position of your valves. My towel rail valves resulted in the HR91 stat sitting 180deg upside down. I did not find the response by The Evohome Shop satisfactory. The Evohome system works a treat once fully installed, just bear in mind that underfloor heating systems are quite lethargic to get to temperature. Program a good schedule that suits your household.
