DPD Parcel Shop Location

We normally have a lady deliver our parcels from DPD who to be fair has been really good, unfortunately these last 2 deliveries have been delivered somewhere else ?? The homeowners came round last night with our delivery saying it was dropped off there along with other parcels for other people that live down our lane and had been out all day in the pouring rain it had also apparently been signed for by my husband. today's delivery has gone astray yet again, saying its been delivered but not sure where too?

Parcel due to be delivered today, in all day, but said I wasn't in so they couldn't deliver.. I have a safe place set up, and a neighbour listed to leave with... But still couldn't deliver??! Oh dear!

If I could give zero stars i would. The management at DPD Newtown are liars and quite possibly thieves. The amount of times my parcel was "scanned" onto van and delivery attempted according to them is just not true. I'm pretty certain someone at DPD Newtown are enjoying the air conditioning unit i bought for my elderly mother for the heatwave. I'm definitely thinking its been stolen by staff and will contact the police today.

Had a number of parcels over the last few days by friendly well turned out polite drivers. On time and when not in followed my instructions via the app or left on the door. Aways worry they will not find the house due to big postcode area but to date doing really well. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely disgusting service. The usual sorry we missed you rubbish twice, when Im waiting in all day for my parcel. To be cutoff by customer services when complaining. Disgraceful service, I dont know how they can get away with it.
