"You're welcome to come to Newtown and collect your pallets yourself"
The actual message left on my phone referring to 5 tonnes of compost. If I had a 7.5 tonne lorry with a tail lift, I wouldn't need a pallet delivery company.
Like paying a painter and decorator to paint your living room only for him to message and say, he can't do it, but you can borrow his brushes.
A poor service from Mid Wales's "one of two" pallet courier companies, the other offering excellent service and quoting me 1/3 of the cost of Station Couriers to move eight pallets.
Rude telephone manner, poor attitude and happy to allow you to complete the service you are paying them for.

Despite not being a regular customer, Station Couriers couldnt have been more helpful when asked to complete a one off job. Chris was very helpful & the drivers, Adam & Martin were professional, efficient & courteous .
They were a pleasure to deal with at a very stressful time!
