Booked a service online via the Peugeot website for a time and date that suited me, had a phone call the next day from the garage to say no availability for the next 3 weeks which is no good to me as I never know that far in advance what shifts I am working, booked else where for a time and date that suits in 7 days

Repair - 2023 -Waited 3 weeks for repair to be completed, (I understand the wait for parts) however, no courtesy car offered to find out it should/could of been. -Issue not initially fixed (engine light), so had to take back in almost a week later (as they were too "busy", so no priority there.) -Charged for a second diagnostic check as the root cause was different. (Without being informed of said charge, if the root cause was to be different. Once booking back in, stated "the correct parts had already of been replaced so should be fine.") -Hefty diagnostic charge (after exploring other garages) Staff were otherwise well mannered but lacked proper care throughout. Won't be using again. I'd advise to go elsewhere.

I would like to thank all staff and expecially John he went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with a car that we wanted customer service were excellent and me and My wife would highly recommend paying a visit if your looking for a car in the future or even to pop in for a chat thank very much
