The staff are always friendly and helpful (unlike their neighbours Boys & Boden who are disinterested and patronising). My main issue is that the products in the store do not have prices.

Excellent company to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. 5 stars all round! Wouldnt shop anywhere else.

They are a decent building supplies but do not take any of their recommendations because they dont have a clue and will not take responsibility for their mistake! We were recommended a material for our trailer floor. It was used 4 times by a small pony and then gave way. (Could have been a really nasty accident) we told them and they refused to take any responsibility. They told us we hadnt bought the right stuff (even though they recommended it!) we finally got leeway and they told us we could have the next boards at half price. Went to get them today and guess what we got a whole 20 off - not half price! Even though we had wasted 170 on the last boards. We still had to pay 148 on these. Needless to say we will be taking our business to boys & bodens from now on!
