        Don't know what happened but guy came out looked at my appliance and said he would order the part and come back to me. Never returned and could not reach him on phone or website......must of gone out of business. Lucky he did not charge me and I was able to do the repair myself thanks to YouTube.

        An engineer came out over 4weeks ago. He came to look at my faulty fridge freezer. Never heard from them since? Have phoned them & left messages. But no response! I would have thought if they were having trouble obtaining parts or whatever they would keep me updated but no so if you're in a hurry for a repair think again.
