Seeing some of the reviews for Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water it saddens me. First of all everyone that I have encountered has been brilliant and work their socks off to help its customers. Yes some people may have complaints but someone suggesting that a "Not for Profit" company should not make a profit is laughable. Profits are used to pay bonuses where employees perform to strict performance guidelines, if they don't they lose the bonus. Then remaining profits are used in areas that customers suggest. Environment, less flooding, cleaner water, lower bills for less well of etc etc. In other words a very good company doing it best but still some improvements to be made.
