Dry Fast Damp Proofing

I've contacted dry fast to help with damp in our new property's we had bought. Booking an appointment with them was quick and easy. They came out and looked at the issue and explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to resolve the damp. We were very impressed with the thorough reporting and two weeks later they started the work. They were fast and efficient and we are pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend. Allan and his crew have done a damp area in my lounge 2 years ago and have had to return as there was still a problem nothing has been to much trouble for Allan hes been helpful and friendly every time and I can rely on him to come and sort things if I need to thankyou Allan and the team

Would not recommend. We used these guys to fix some rising damp in our house. They were here 3 days and were abit cheaper than we were quoted from someone else and were assured the work would be top notch. After the work was done we noticed that there were several holes in the other side of the wall that was treated, it took months to get them to come out to repair our wall which we now had to re-paper. It wasnt until we threatened to follow through on the advice from trading standards that they finally replied. Alan said he will come out the next day, we replied via text saying we wont be in so suggested a different day. The next day, we go out and receive a phone call from Alan saying hes at our house and here to do the work and simply didnt read the text saying we wont be in. When we arrived home we learnt he was bad mouthing us to our neighbours!! Weve since had someone in to do some plastering and was shock with the job these guys had done and said let me guess, this was dry fast proofing. They also said that there was still damp in the wall they treated and wanted more money to fix it - no. I would not recommend this company. Service: Water damage-related mold removal

Alan seems to be the man for the job until something goes wrong and you'll see the othe side of him. He is the most rude, abnoxious and disrespectful tradesman I encountered. In Nov 2021 ,he sprayed special chemical to seal the entire side wall of my house to stop water coming through during heavy rains. I was gobsmacked as it only took few minutes to do the job. It was pricey but he guaranteed it will work. He also gave 30 years guarantee for the job. Dec 2022 - Jan 2023, we had constant heavy rains and I started noticing water marks on my wall once again. Jan 16, 2023 I reported this back to him for which he said he is too busy to re spray the wall but if I call him back he will do it. Three months passed, all I had of him were false promises, he made me wait for his phones calls and visits but never called and never turned up. All these time I have kept open minded, I understood he's a busy man and I patiently waited. Three and a half months passed, no sign of him, so I decided to call him for the last time. His answer was , he will finally make himself come to stop me from calling him....however he said to call him at 10 am on the day to remind him. On the day I was in work so I made my husband, who has just come home from a night shift, contact him and to ask him roughly what time he was going to come , so my husband can leave the side gate open for him to access the side of the house, bec my husband needs to get some sleep. His answer to my poor husband was " Why are you cslling me ! I told you I will come!! Dont know what time! Im doing this as a favour ! You dont call me again !!! and he hanged up on my husband. After almost 4 months this was the kind of treatment we had from a man who had all our respect and understanding. The way he responded to my husband is totally unacceptable and disrespectful. He took advantage of our quiet nature. He has no right to speak to anyone including my husband the way he did. I will not recommend him to anyone. He unreliable and not true to his words. Get someone else who will respect you even after they've taken your hard earned cash.

This company did some work for us on our hallway and bathroom. Sealed and damp proofed the wall which looks great, bathroom ceiling looks like new and they installed a machine in the bathroom to help airflow and combat moisture. They were so helpful and went above and beyond for us! Really reasonable costs involved. Most importantly they actually turned up on time and finished a quality job which seems impossible for some companies these days unfortunately. Would really recommend these guys.
