Capitol Newport - SEAT

Recently had the Mii breakdown. AA took it to Newport. Didt hear anything for days. Spoke to about 20 different call Ctr women working from home. Couldt put me through to the garage. Asked to have call back.Maintenance and sales. Never happened. Now not making small electric cars. Poor !! Going elsewhere!!

Took my MK4 Leon PHEV shortly after buying to the team ant Capitol after Motorpoint couldnt find anything wrong with the car even though it kept going into limp mode. Tom C booked me in, ensured a courtesy car was available and kept me updated. One fuel pressure regulator later, and were good as new. Really impressed with the service, even though its been done under warranty, Ive still been treated as a customer of the dealership and Tom is a good laugh, with good service too. Thanks to the workshop team and Tom, see you again soon for the first service!

OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED SEAT Assist were called out due to dashboard light. Diagnosed faulty from ACC (ADAS). Referred me to local SEAT so I thought I'd give them another chance. They charged me 99 for the same diagnostic that their SEAT ASSIST AA man had given me the day before. Then quoted 375 for the work. I rang around and had the same work done the following morning for 130 this morning so I collected my car from SEAT. They haven't done the 'complimentary wash' that the 99 invoice had listed and they haven't put the oil top up in the car that I requested in the online booking yesterday. Lovely girls on service reception but otherwise extortionate and shoddy.
