I recently had to cancel a car reservation, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Rob. He was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. He promptly refunded my money, and made sure that I felt heard and taken care of every step of the way. I truly appreciate Rob's dedication to providing excellent customer service, and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Thank you, Rob!

Fantastic service all around, genuine honest advice and absolutely zero pressure on the sales front. Sham was excellent on my first visit, very patient, moved out two vehicles for my wife & I to properly inspect (engine on, bonnet open and left to look over to my heart's content), along with a test drive which fully sold me on my chosen Audi Q3. At collection, Jay was awesome, along with all the other guys in the office, bringing a genuine great energy and humour which made the handover a pleasure, I've collected brand new cars without half as good service. I did that standard thing of driving off, then picking up on some snags I hadn't noticed, the guys handled it swiftly and perfectly, unlike many other car sales that hide behind a piece of paper. Over the moon with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering paying them a visit.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Jaber and the team at Autounit for my dad, who is a very hard man to please. My dad was in urgent need of a new car and had certain preference, I contacted Jaber to assist as he's someone trustworthy and honest. Jaber was on the case and swiftly sourced a number of vehicles matching my dad's preferences. Although it was the Volvo V40 that we ended up purchasing following a second test drive. Well I could state so many positives about this experience, though I'll try and keep it brief. Buying a new car can be a daunting and nervous experience, however not when you're purchasing from Autounit. The manner in which Jaber and his team at Autounit, to name a few; Rob & Jay whom I had the pleasure of dealing with alongside Jaber were so polite, professional and helpful from start to finish. My dad is very pleased with his new car and cannot praise Jaber and his team enough. I would definitely recommend Autounit to anyone looking to purchase a new car as they make the whole experience smooth, stressless and simple.
