Purchased my vehicle from carshop wales. It's always uneasy and daunting when going to a showroom, but the guys at Car Shop wales were so friendly! Didn't force me or divert me from what vechicle I wanted. I will say I will 100% come back again thanks again, carshop wales

Was our second sales showroom of the day and we wished we had come here first. The service was excellent, very relaxed, no pressure. Alice was very helpful and we found our dream car in excellent condition for a great price, we also exchanged our current vehicle so didnt have the hassle of having to sell it. Great service, highly recommend.

Bought a car from them in February. Had knocking noise coming from the back 2 wheels, took it back and they "fixed it". The noise was still there so I took it to a garage and it turned to be back 2 bushes. Had them replaced and now (4 or 5 months later) i had an oil change done and while my mechanic took the bottom engine plastic cover off he noticed a bad oil leak from the gearbox. I will have to get a brand new gearbox now. Would not recommend buying car from them. I've attached a picture of the bottom engine plastic cover and the 2 bushes. 1 star. Ripped me off. Blue Ford Fiesta 10 plate. I can add a picture of a receipt:)

what an experience - confidence boosted first on phone contact and then they sent a car to collect me from the station and the transaction was carried out flawlessly and again boosting my trust and confidence in Michael and my 'new' car is excellent value and drives amazingly - thank you very much Michael
