Bought a Mercedes A Class from them about a month ago, I absolutely love the car it is perfect. I had an issue with the windscreen however they dealt with this professionally and efficiently, they replaced it at no extra cost. They also put a Sat nav in at no extra cost. Incredible service I would definitely deal with them again. Brilliant garage!

Very friendly, easy to have a laugh with, knowledgable and very easy to deal with overall Looked at a car Saturday and collected it Tuesday from them Dealt with the paperwork etc and car was ready to drive off, had been given a clean prior to collection too which was a nice touch 3 months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover on the one I got Thanks all

Was lined up to buy a from Car Link via a third party, namely Match Me Car. Paid a deposit to secure the vehicle but through the gross incompetence of Match Me, the deal fell through. I would just like to praise the efficiency and professionalism of Lewis and all at The Car Link in handling the refund of my deposit, but when it comes to buying my next car, I will have no issue in going direct to Lewis.
