Poor experience from start to finish. Ive waited 6 months before posting the review to look at things clearly, but there is no escaping the fact that I regret using this company. Multiple issues with the car Ive purchased, some are coming to light just now (like the missing locking wheel nut key). I felt rushed when collecting the vehicle, I felt some faults were deliberately hidden when collecting the vehicle. The only redeeming factor here is that they were fairly helpful, and although it took a lot of pushing on my side to get things sorted, some issues were resolved. Others Ive decided not to pursue as it was just too much hassle. But, the biggest problem, which was a chip in the panoramic roof, was fixed after a few months and they have also paid for my petrol for the round trip I had to make from Kent
