After searching and searching for a new car, going to many unhelpful, badgering car dealerships, I finally came across James and the rest of the guys at Your Car Group. What an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air these guys are. They have been extremally helpful, and I cannot thank them all enough. Being unfamiliar with cars makes it difficult to shop for a new one. I found everyone here to be very friendly, respectful, and courteous. The guys at Your Car Group put me at ease when I visited. They inquired about the kind of car I was interested in (I had no clue), and then they took care of the rest. After a few easy, stress free and fuss free tests drives I ended up with a Range Rover Evoque, and I absolutely love it, its the perfect car for me!! The car was MOTd, serviced, fully valeted before collecting and they even set up and sorted the finance, leaving me with only the need to sign and drive away with my free bottle of bubbly and easter egg to celebrate. (The little touches make all the difference). I would definitely 100%, without hesitation recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Your Car Group. Just bought an immaculate Jaguar E-Pace from Your Car Group and would definitely recommend them. The communications with James were prompt, professional, and very helpful, plus they even delivered it around 200-miles from their showroom in the price. They ensured the car was serviced, MOTd, and fully valeted before delivery, then Carl washed it locally just before dropping it off, very impressed.
