Great service, as always, from the cheery Meet and Greet with coffee on offer, to the comprehensive service, with video, and then, the cherry on the top, a wash and clean. Thanks Toyota Newport.

Service,ok. Had some other warranty related issues been sorted fine, however discovered some rust on 2017 plate and logged issues probably year ago, provided them space as this can take a while, no updates, came back for MOT chased, apparently all management replaced new has no clue as hav not been passed information l, ok get that. Service manager Rob promised to chase and update me conversations took place 27th Jan, still waiting... Also requested to provide dates when original issue was logged as clearly advised them like to log complaint, they have stear away from request on merit to update me. So if anyone needs to log complaint go directly through head office and save yourself time.

Booked my C-HR in for service and gave them 3 weeks notice with a specific request I get. Yaris courtesy car ( as the wife is due to change her VW in the next few months) I even confirmed Monday this week all was set and a Yaris was available only to be told today that they didnt have a Yaris available But it was ok as they had a car for me No its not ok An aygo is not a Yaris a specifically requested Ill take my business elsewhere in future if they cant organise a simple request with enough notice Well what can I add Ive contacted Reviews service as requested below and after 10 days no contact Why does it not surprise me
