        Charged 30 call out fee. 100 repair. 1 week later, same problem. Grrrr

        I phoned up about my TV which I thought might not be worth repairing. I had this confirmed by a very polite gentleman so he saved me a call-out fee. I offered him the TV for spares in order to save landfill and he sent someone to collect it, who was also lovely and came to my home wearing mask and gloves. I would highly recommend.
