I have tried to contact them numerous times to cancel a pay monthly contract. Just opened my banking app to see they have taken yet another payment. Avoid them.

Such a terrible customer service, hardly reponds after their first response u til you chase chase and chase. You cannot trust their words or the timelines ghey give. If it happens, well and good. Port request left me with 2 full days of not having my mobile number. Yes it is EE network, but I don't think it reflects EEs coverage to be honest. Account management from web is horrible. There is no proper verification or anything like that. Comms as well is oretty terrible. I have not come across such a poor provider jn the past. No wonder hardly anyone have heard about it.

I got RWG pay as you go SIM card for my children a few months ago. Incredible monthly free allowance following just one top up. Not surprisingly it is no longer avaiable, I checked the bundle I got now costs 2 per month, still pretty competitive. RWG continue to honour their promise and I never had the need to contact customer services.

Terrible company - cancelled my subscription in December and they confirmed this by email. They then took payment in January and I contacted them to point out that I had cancelled my subscription. They promised to stop taking payments and refund the charge. Neither happened and they have just taken a further payment for February! So I have had to contact my bank to stop RWG taking more money from my account! Avoid at all costs as once they have your bank details it seems like they think it's fine to simply dip in at will.
