    Late for home to airport pick up . Called and told me on way ! 30 mins later still no taxi . Would not use these guys

    Appalling service!! Booked a taxi to pick me up at 2-2:15am in the morning from Bristol airport to take me home after my flight landed and they kept me waiting for 40min. Called them 4 times and kept telling me wrong times, when the taxi was still far away. Insisted my flight landed later than it did and once they hang up on me. It's not fun waiting at the airport in the early hours after a long flight, especially when you have pre-booked it. I cancelled it and ordered an Uber which arrived within 5min and was much cheaper. I used to be a streamline and V-cars customer for a decade. It looks like since the Veezu change service has dropped a lot. You just lost a long customer. If your service is so bad no wonder you lose people to Uber or other companies.

    Our hotel booked a cab to the airport on 26th Feb 3am. The cab arrived 25 mins late. The driving was very rash. We were relieved that the we reached safely. Upon reaching, the driver failed to provide a proper bill and also did not accept card payment.

    Absolutely disgusting company my daughter left her purse on the back seat we rang within minutes driver siera whisky 47 said not in his cab yet posted it back 10 days later minus 120 pounds stolen from her purse .now in the hands of the police. Also the drivers turn off their phones one driver last week tried to charge me 28 pounds for a 5 mile journey. Bunch of theives stay well away

    What is the point of booking in advance if the taxi will not come on the time arranged? We booked a taxi in advance for 07:50am. Previously (when Veezu was still called V cars), the car used to arrive 5 min before the arranged time. It was 07:52 and I decided to call just to double check that the car was arriving shortly, as I could not track it in the app. For my surprise, the car was not even on its way! How long would it take? 5min? 10min? It does not make sense to offer a booking service if the car will not come on the time booked.
