Poor experience as had to sit on a small wheeled chair after my massage in my 16year old daughters room and her friend for an hour . Very uncomfortable and painful especially after being told twice ( when purchasing and then booking the date I would not have to sit in the same room. ) . Very cold bland lunch hard meat and salad ! Lockers did not work , no shampoo or conditioner and paying for parking! When I rang to complain spoke to customer service manager, she promised to ring me the next day after talking to the Spa - she never rang back. Very poor service.

Visited yesterday for a spa day with lunch and had a lovely relaxing time. Massage was done by Ellie and she was really great at listening to my needs and making my pregnancy massage as calm and comfortable as possible. We both enjoyed the lunch which was soup of the day with bread for starters and a choice of meat with a selection of salads for main. Ended the day with the swimming pool and jacuzzi for myself and sauna for my husband. I would come back again.

Visited today with my sister and mum for a birthday treat. I had the best full body massage I've probably ever had from a lady called Emma Davies. If you can ask for her, please do as it was just how I like it. My mum had her too and said the same. I also had a great manicure from Chantelle who was lovely and really went above and beyond. However the facilities were not up to scratch so I can only give a 3 star. Check in to the spa reception was chaotic in the morning and we were forgotten about and left for 20 minutes waiting for the iPads. The steam room was not working and apparently hasn't been for some time. The water temperature in the pool was very cold too. Lunch was a disappointment - cold soup which we sent back and cold salad and chicken, not very luxurious. No drinks or deserts either. I'd go back only for Chantelle and Emma.

Forum spa day with treatment and lunch.Didnt live up to expectations. Steam spa was not working. The massage was very mediocre for me and extremely disappointing for my sister (it was her birthday treat), she described it as gentle petting with no pressure at all and the lady who was giving the massage was sick ,sniffling all the time. We decided to go for lunch wearing robes just like many other guests and had to wait for cold food for an hour ( cold potatoes, cold fish, cold boiled chicken breast , no dessert or drink) which left us feeling very cold and uncomfortable. In my opinion its a very disappointing experience considering the price. I cant help but compare it to the last time I visited great massage, lovely fresh food ,dessert included. I dont think I will be tempted to go back again.
