        Poor customer service. After finishing a 3 year contract I did not wish to continue using the service ( not because there was anything wrong with the app but because our customers were not engaging with it well enough). Was not able to leave at end of that contract because Schoop expected a 30 day cancellation period (even though my contract should have ended after 3 years). So, now saddled with a big bill for a service that I do not want.
