Changing EPoS is a daunting and quite frankly scary task so many providers and always the nagging fear that the new system wont deliver on what it promised. Our primary task was to find a system that would integrate with our ResDiary booking system, this led us to Point One and I can honestly say that from the initial contact, to the present moment, their sales and after sales technical support have been second to none. Any issue I have had has been answered immediately on the end of the phone by a very knowledgable team of software developers - No issue has so far been unresolved. We also took the opportunity to change Card merchant to DOJO .. which integrates with the Point One EPOS. The EPOS system itself is a touchscreen till that operates remote printers for both the bar and kitchen, product control is intuitive and versatile. Point One also integrates with our accounting software that in itself pays for the initial outlay by virtue of time saved. No more end of day Z reports or reconciliation. If you are looking to save time, money and make your hospitality workflow more streamlined - I cant recommend this company enough.

Put simply, we couldnt operate without pointOne. We wanted to make every transaction quick and easy to enable us to spend more time with the customer and products. The pointOne sales and supports teams understand our business and knew what we needed from the outset to make us operate efficiently. Even now, 13 years on they listen to our system update requests and implement changes where they can. Our goal is to expand our brand to help communities thrive and our teams succeed, and our EPoS solution was an integral part of streamlining this process.

I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and I have never worked with an Epos systemprovider who's customer service is this bad. I've had a technical issue with my till for days now. I tried calling 11 times phone rings off as nobody can be bothered to answer the phone tried there message board on the website never got reply after waiting over 1 hour when they state response times is a few minutes. worst support and customer service from a provider I've ever had. would not recommend this company to anyone. im now moving all my sites over to Epos Now.
