        Absolutely shocking. Waited for my sofa and they changed the date which weren't a problem. When it was delivered the Man in shop ordered us the wrong poofee. Still waiting on the one we ordered to now receive a email stating we have agreed to 5 years insurance. We did not agree to the insurance but it was added anyway, adding 307. Will never recommend using this store again. Stocking service, and they got the cheek to ask people to rate them how they did.

        Had an amazing appointment no pressure to buy and the gentleman who helped instead of pushing me towards expensive sofas took what I was after and made it happen

        People in shop were great but their dispatch leaves much to be desired Misplaced a whole sofa and left a 53 year old veteran with no furniture as it been taken out awaing delivery that was for the next day. Rather than hurry these items out first thing a wait of 14 days
