Had a key cut last Weds 4th Jan, the gentleman who served me was helpful, quick and chatty, I paid my money and was gone within a few mins. Excellent. On arriving home, in Chepstow, I found the key worked but was very tight to operate. Too tight for the elderly gentleman it was intended for. I returned to the shop on Fri 6th, the young lady who served me on this occasion was abrupt and sharp with me, snatched the key off me, told me there was nothing wrong with it, i pointed out the only visible difference between the 2 keys was the shoulder ridge. She told me it had nothing to do with that but if that's what I think then she'll remove the shoulder, which she did, then practically threw the key back me and then slammed my original bunch back on the counter. Not the sort of service I'd expect from such a well established company.
