Great stay here. Staff were very helpful and information was clear. The place we stayed in was spacious and very clean. Location was ideal for the south coast of Wales and West Country. Road was busy but there was off road parking so that helped a lot. Kitchen was good with all normal. And beds were comfortable. Would recommend this place and StayBC for future breaks

The house was clean, had great wifi and the beds were comfy. The location was good for its close proximity to the train station, but the street was very noisy - double glazed windows would be a great addition to help with the noise. The house was also a little damp, with a lot of condensation on the windows, again double glazed windows may help with this. The kitchen was well equiped, but we did find it strange that there were coffee pods and no coffee machine (when there was one shown in the photos). The check in and out process was very easy. A welcome pack at the house which could include information such as parking, the location of the nearest supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, pharmacys, post shops, petrol stations, and instructions on how to use the heating, washing machine, dishwasher, etc, would be a huge help. It was nice to have access to a private little courtyard as well.

We used the Pentonville to visit family. It was well located within Newport. The rooms were, on the whole done very well, especially the bedrooms and living area. We slept really well. When we arrived, there was a notice of payment for electricity, where the provider had come around personally to obtain payment. The outer door leading in to a couple of houses (including ours) was broken. The shower was difficult to get to a temperature that wasn't scalding hot or freezing cold! Although there was wifi, we had to ring StayBC to find out what the code was and there were no instructions on how to use the heating upstairs. I have put a few concerns but I think that with a welcome pack including instructions and codes and sorting out the shower, this place would have had 5 stars from us.
