    Stayed at this house in February 2022 and it was good. Nice space in a good location. Communication with Ty Sa was also good. Booked through AirBnB. However, through AirBnB I then stayed in another Ty Sa property at the start of June 2022, called Merriot House by Ty Sa. I have just left the following review for the other property Merriot House which was not great primarilly as a result of significant issues with the cleanliness and safety of the property. Be careful with Ty Sa. All of the following was at Merriot House, not Beechwood House: Unfortunately would not stay here again, or with Ty Sa in any other property. Communication with Ty Sa was very prompt pre-stay and they agreed to have the beds set up as we requested (which they offer in their listing). However, after the stay when trying to get responses regarding issues we faced they have been very poor, and I have had to raise it through the AirBnB resolution centre. The issues I faced were: - There was a completely smashed up floor tile in the bathroom right where you stand in front of the sink. Lots of moving pieces - extremely dangerous for anyone but especially those with children like us. - The beds were not set up as Ty Sa had agreed. Disappointing anyway, but we then moved the beds to how we had requested to find significant dirt and filth. There was even a used earbud in the bedroom. - Inaccuracies in the Listing - The inaccuracies in the listing were: 1. no snacks 2. no toiletries 3. unusable courtyard due to weeds and rubbish and cigarettes 4. beds not set up as requested 5. cleaned to a professional high standard -There were multiple other issues as follows - someone else's used soap remaining in the shower - an unknown pill/tablet on the floor in the lounge - debris under the table in the lounge - cobwebs and dirt on the dining room walls - a non working carbon monoxide alarm which i had to fix - a cigarette butt filled plant pot - filthy windows All of these were raised with Ty Sa (including photographs of everything), and their response was that their cleaners had not noticed the tile before and that my other issues were an 'anomaly' and that they were happy their cleaning standards had been met. I pointed out that it was simply impossible to not notice the floor tile if in fact any cleaning had been carried out as you have to stand on the tile to clean (and should be cleaning the tile itself as well). I also stated that i disagreed that all the other issues together could be described as an anomaly (one or two perhaps). I have had no response from them since so have now had to raise this via AirBnB. They charged 77 for a cleaning fee and claimed this was cleaned to a professionally high standard. I have never had to leave a poor review previously on any AirBnB stay. I will not stay with Ty Sa again - their service and correspondence have been dreadful when dealing with these issues despite being very quick to respond pre-booking.
