StayBC

Have not stayed. I was due to stay in June yet received notification Stay BC had cancelled my stay and any monies paid upfront would be refunded. I have tried contacting the company in a number of ways all to no avail as yet after nearly 4 weeks I have yet to receive a refund. They do not deserve even 1 star but unfortunately I had to give them 1. Extremely poor!

I have rented Beachview by StayBC for 3 nights at Swansea, it was sooooo beautiful villa with wonderful ocean view. The villa was super clean and the team was nice and the check-in was on time and easy. Really it was the best accommodation I have ever seen in the UK not only in Swansea, the photos in the website wasn't fair, in reality it is better. The furniture was high quality and modern. Every thing was perfect, except the TV wasn't working, however when I contacted the booking team they responded quickly and sent someone for help. Over all I highly recommend this property and they management company. All what I can say, you will never regret, it deserves each dollar you spend on it.
