Ordered school jumpers before the required cut off date 3 weeks in advance. I called to see if they were ready a week before my son started school and I was told they were being processed and will be ready in time. A week later I called again and was told I should of had a text message to confirm they were ready for collection. Within 5 mins my mum was in the store to collect the items and they couldn't be found. There was stock everywhere, no one knew where they were and was even suggested that we had already collected them. After a few apologies we were told they would be printed that day and hand delivered to my home just a stones throw away that evening, ready for my son's first day of school which we were happy about. However no one showed up. I went into the store around 11.40 the following day only to be told by one lady " I dont know, I've just got in. I was going to deliver them this morning " After waiting 20 mins they located the jumpers and I was told " I would give you a spare jumper as a way of apology but I dont have one, please take this sample top instead, obviously its dirty and will need a wash!!" Terrible customer service 1) do not make promises you can't keep, 2) dont tell me you were going to deliver this morning when it's already 1145 3) dont offer a well handled dirty top from a sample bin on the shop floor as a way of compensation. Its insulting and unhygienic considering the current Covid Crisis.
