Purple Rain
Staff yelled at to the other new staff infront of customers. Young lad looks new in the job and he forgot to give a pastry to the customer and a senior staff jumped into the till and yelled at him so awful felt bad for the young lad

I've been frequenting Greggs in the 31 High Street Store for years and I have to give a shout out to the most professional, respectful and well mannered employee Samuel...always greets customers with a happy smile every morning......
