Rang last week to book in to view a rental property, I was told the property was not ready for viewings and it would be ready in around 2 weeks. I was provisionally booked in for late January. Today I went to show my other half the photos of the property again via Zoopla only to find it wasn't on there. I was told that it had been viewed and now let agreed so no longer on the market ?! Really annoyed and disappointed that I was lied to. Waste of both of our times booking me in and having a semi telephone interview ...... Just had a call from Sophie to apologise about what has happened. I appreciate this and have revised my rating as per discussion.

For selective companies there should be a 6 star award option because PF HOMES defiantly deserve it. We have dealt heavily with PF HOMES over the last couple of years and can not fault their commitment to the services they have provided for us. All employees are trustworthy and reliable and will always go the extra step to ensure your needs are met. We have worked with PF HOMES in many different lines of business and they have for filled every service to the highest level. In our opinion PF HOMES is the only company for you to consider if your looking to Sell, Purchase , Rent or Let a property. Something to also mention is their fantastic mortgage broker, we have dealt with a lot of mortgage brokers but none have arranged one as professionally and quickly as this company. Thanks a lot !!
