I have nothing but positives to say about Dan and M4 Property, from start to finish communication has been open and frequent, processes were structured and Dan continuously went out of his way to ensure our service needs were met. M4 Property consultants are a great company. I have been working with them on various industrial investments for over 5 years now, after initially meeting the director Dan for a coffee! They have handled a number of leases and purchases for us, and I find Dan to be professional, diligent, responsive and friendly. He is extremely astute in all aspects of commercial property, a great man to have on the team!
