Prints off the return label at the machine and the machine and app advise to not attach the label. Short hair blonde with glasses tells me it needs to boxed and label attached I advise app and machine tell us not to with her response being don't tell me how to do my job. I didnt, I was just telling you what it said. Snatched it out my hand and she was just muttering under her breath at me. Honestly customer service would be a minus if I could. Only thing in her defence was that it was busy. But busiest times show who can do their job under pressure, this lady clearly had enough.

Always very nice to me when I go in. The lady even made a mistake but came to get me to put it right when she didn't have too so Kind and Honest. Super!

Came here earlier this morning, Great service provided by the two lovey ladies at the desk. Highly recommend any who's having issue with taxing their car online to visit the post office.

My husband works 3 jobs and I'm disabled so he takes our customers orders to this late post office because it's open late but tonight the woman cleaning had a go at him for bringing it in at 10.30 when they are open till 11 because it's too late even though they advertise as being til 11. I've worked at the spar before and if you don't have enough time to clean the floor in the last hour start earlier, if your staff's time management is off don't blame your customers, he works sometimes 17 hours a day, I don't expect this to happen again otherwise your shop shouldn't be a post office! Sort your staff out.
