        disgusted ordered sealed air mail lite gold envelopes from there shop on the 04/04/2022 and its now 23/04/2022 and not received them and when i ring to see where they are they hang up on me and dont help me at all they say we are looking in to it and we will get back to you next day not heard any thing DO NOT BUY FROM THERE WEBSITE AS ITS FROM A 3RD PARTY IF I KNEW THAT AT THE BEGINING I WOULD OF GONE ELSE WHERE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REFUND AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME SO NOW ITS LEFT ME NO CHOICE TO GO TO MY BANK AND REPORT AS THEFT AND GO TO TRADING STANDARDS AS THIS IS NOT ON WORST PLACE TO BUY ANY THING AND YOU ARE TALK TO A BRICK WALL.

        This is the Royal Mail delivery office listed as Factory Road on the Royal Mail website- you can collect missed deliveries and post tracked parcels here. Until recently the opening hours were quite limited, Ive attached a photo of the latest temporary opening hours shown at the entrance. Friendly staff, quite small inside

        This company is a total misunderstanding. I work from home but live in a flat. ALWAYS GIVE MY NUMBER IN ADDRESS so they can call, they never do instead they leave "something for you" card and how get to this point of colection when is open 8-10?! That's disgusting! Why If I pay more for home delivery i have to wait so long to collect it?!!
