The man behind the post office counter was very patient and talked me through what I'll need to do step by step for a passport in a lovely friendly manner and was happy to answer any of my questions

Tried ringing for information and talk about ignorant twice I called twice I got put on hold and cut off straight away without anyone even saying a word. And it wasn't even their busy time of day

My 200 Winter Fuel payment voucher was stolen and cashed here. This Londis post office paid out without checking for ID. (Newport Benefits team provided details of when and where the voucher was cashed: date, time, counter number.)

Usually use this store for buying my snacks , drinks and topping up my meters. Many years of custom and friendly service, had the shop manager running after me accusing me of stealing chewing gum after he wouldn't help me find a certain flavour I was looking for to help someone I was volunteering for. Left realising the reality of my custom. Probably won't shop here again now as the trust boundary has been crossed .
