        Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered a pizza at 21:45 , waited around an hour to then be told the driver was 2 minutes away several times and then the driver didnt turn up. Then tried to phone to check wether I was being refunded or not, had staff and also the MANAGER hang up on me. When I eventually got through the manager confirmed my refund and was still then rude to me on the phone. Avoid this dominoes, order from a different dominoes in the Newport area this place is a joke and the staff are no better.

        Every time I order from this franchise the pizza is either burnt or poorly made. Youre better off buying a supermarket pizza! Customer service is also a shambles which is worrying considering youre paying mortgage payments for a bit of dough and cheese.
