Really knows his stuff. I went for a shoulder injury from mountain biking, we narrowed down the exact damage in an hour's session and came up with a rehab plan. Would highly recommend.

Went to Chris @ cj pysio with a hamstring injury. After the initial assessment he deduced a torn tendon at the top of hamstring. All options clearly talked through in an understandable way. This is an ongoing process for me. and after getting the prognosis from Chris he has devised a bespoke rehab program for me including weekly visits for review and hands on pysio and a taylor made program of specific exercises and stretches to do at home and in the gym. Currently on stage 2 (Chris changes things up making things progressively more intense and demanding when he's happy with the progress I'm making). He uses an easy to use and follow app with the relevant exercises along with demo videos....full proof!!!!. As I said this is an ongoing process for me and I can say for sure I would not be at this stage of rehab without the help support and advice of Chris. If there were a 6 stars option he would have it. And a thoroughly nice fella to boot.

Very knowledgeable and very professional. With his help I managed to get over my back pain and hopefully on the course to treating my ankle pain!

CJPhysio has helped me with multiple dance related injuries, that without intervention, would have taken a lot longer to recover, as well as highly impacting my work as a dance teacher.

Would highly recommend! Saw many medical professionals before Chris and nobody was able to figure out the cause of my injury. Chris was immediately able to to get to the bottom of the problem and has helped me massively from being in an Orthopaedic boot to full time professional ballet training again! A very friendly guy with a vast amount of knowledge in rehabilitation.
