        Can never get through on the phone. Rings and rings until it cuts off. You ring straight back and it's engaged. This happens on a loop. Appalling and frustrating when you need to order a repeat prescription and can't get there in person. Needs sorting out.

        I've been calling the Pharmacy for 4 hrs and no one picks up the phone. What's the point of having a phone when no one answers it anyway?

        I managed to get an emergency appointment at the doctor for antibiotics, presented it here at 09.40, to be told tomorrow! Not really sorry, we cant do it today, do you mind coming back tomorrow - just tomorrow! When I looked upset, she said you can find another pharmacist. So I did, they asked me to wait ten minutes, which I did. I got my meds, job done! Why was it so easy for Well and impossible for Giless?
