HM Passport Office

Friendly, efficient, compassionate, funny and amazing staff at the Newport office from security to reception to examiner - I cant believe Im saying this after driving from Essex all the way to Wales but it was an absolute joy. The staff here should be used a training ground for all other government staff in the service functions. Theyre dealing with a lot of stress at the moment with strikes looming but none of that was evident. They have my full support. Thank you all and having been robbed at the weekend I can now attend my sons wedding in New York next weekend because of your compassion. I wont forget it.

Awful country and awful service, passport office is closed due to strikes, sort the country out im not proud to be british anymore screw this country. I am trying to leave back to my other home give me my passport

Wow, such an easy experience, appointment at 11am, arrived at 10.45, after going through security and collecting a ticket for my slot, a lovely lady checked my application so I was back outside done and dusted by 10.55. That was Friday, and my passport arrived on Tuesday!! Ok, so it cost 170 but hassle free!!
