Went for an appointment today greeted by Sue. The whole process from start to finish was 100% better than the store in Cwmbran yesterday. Would definitely recommend this store

What lovely staff members. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. My optician Beatrice was very thorough and helpful. It is the first time Ive come away from an eye test feeling fully understanding of my eye health. The ladies out on the shop floor were so kind and helpful despite me not being able to purchase my desired frames due to my prescription. I will definitely be returning. Thank you all!

Highly recommend Vision Express at Spytty Newport. All of the staff there are really proffesional, helpful, patient and go out of their way to make getting new glasses an easy process. Thanks Jodie/staff for everything.

No complaints. Staff were friendly, informative, and helpful. The Optician was thorough and had great advice. I've never had glasses before, so these are my first pair, I had no idea where to begin with choosing frames or anything. The lady helped me choose and wasn't pushy on the more expensive or branded frames despite me not really having a budget. They arrived for collection less than a week later. Very happy!

The staff were really helpful when I needed some guidance on purchasing some new specs. I came back to purchase some glasses in the shop rather than online. Well done Donna for excellent customer service!
