        Really poor experience this morning. They cancelled my appointment and said that they had called me which they did but didn't leave any voice message, I did call back but no answer and got a text at 9.36am mentioning the appointment has been cancelled and my appointment was at 9.30am. The poor service was when speaking to the optician he was rude and was speaking over me like I was at wrong. Did not apologise for my inconvenience of traveling and booking time off. I have now booked elsewhere. .
