        Posting on behalf of my auntie as she is elderly and doesn't have a smartphone.. if I could give a 0 star rating I would! I had my nails done 2 weeks ago for my holiday I never have my nails done so I was really excited to have them. I informed the nail tech that they were for my holiday and asked for pink and white ombre. When they were done they were lovely and I was pleased after my first 5 days of holiday the nails turned cream no pink or white to be seen. After my holiday I went to the salon to Inform them what happened and asked why this happened to my nails, they said it was becasue of the sun and it can't be helped. I advised the manager the nail tech knew it was for my holiday so why wasn't I told this would happen? She said if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay 10 pound as this is policy!! Highly disappointed in the way it was handled!! Would not recommend this salon to anybody!!! Services: Nail painting, Nail designs, Manicure, Nail decals, Gel manicures
