Pure Vans Ltd

They say the measure of a good company is how they deal with things when things go wrong. We purchased a vehicle from Pure Vans and within days it started having problems. In the two years we owned it, it spent almost twelve months off the road being repaired due to one failure or another. In over forty years of business I can honestly say this is by far the worst vehicle we have ever owned and then some! To add insult to injury the customer service was as bad. In the end we had to dispose of the vehicle and suffer the financial loss, Pure Vans did nothing. I would never use them again.

Very easy to deal with, NO nattering sales people just straight forward honest answers. We discussed the van and it was delivered on time as agreed in perfect condition. The price was competitive also, defiantly would use again. Brilliant, thank you JW

I wanted an L2 H2 van to have converted to a Campervan. Having booked a conversion slot, I was let down by a dealer and searched the internet for other options. Pure Vans offered me a price (2000 cheaper) on a Citroen Relay with an 8 week delivery date. Ordering through the internet can be quite scary but what clinched it for me was noticing they sponsored Newport County and that gave me the trust to know I was dealing with a genuine company. The van arrived 8 weeks bang on from ordering. Really happy I made the choice to go with Pure Vans
