Awful, ripped off by the lady in the shop, I had a service user with me who was trying to help by handing over the money as I was counting it, I was trying to count out 900, the lady was taking the money then recounted it UNDER the counter, when I checked the money after we returned home and checked the money it was 40 down, and yes people are going to say I could of lost it somewhere else, but it was the only shop we went to and money is in a zip wallet, she has also done the same to another member of staff I work with, but it was 20, dont trust her, other then that Ive no complaints But if she can take from vulnerable adults should she actually be working they? Have sent email but no reply, the 900 was a deposit for an armchair, Ive given name and address of customer Heard nothing from you Still no reply to my email, great customer service.not
