Called into the store yesterday, met the wonderful manager, my friend who has had a bit of a rough time lately and have only been out of hospital a week, thought she wouldn't be able have the ability to get around. We passed the store and turned the car around just to see if anyone could help and advise us. This fantastic man I think his name is Paul what a credit to your company, he was so kind and helpful, he gave my friend the aid for her to get around she was able to have a lovely day and for the first time in weeks she slept through the night, thank you so much Paul not only for your kindness but giving my friend her confidence back to show her she can still have quality of life

Please from what I am experiencing Avoid dealing with crafty sales person coming to your home. I am terminally ill and I am fighting to get back deposit that they went ahead to take despite me cancelling 2hrs after. Customer Service is appalling with lies. Saying all lines are busy. It is a simple transaction to refund what is their problem???
