Davis & Sons

There is a Lady that has answered the phone twice, and how rude is she! Not polite at all, unhelpful, abrupt, cold, and you get the idea she dislikes her job! She can really put people off the experience in buying or selling with Davis & Sons Newport. I do believe she is a main employee here who regularly answer's the phone to customer's or potential customer's, and I'm sure there are many who have dealt with her that would agree...however customer service training should be arranged with her ASAP & maybe remove her from the phone and place someone there who actually wants to help and be polite! Manners are free and I do hope you read this or feedback is given to you and the help you so need within your role.
