Great company! Ben was punctual, very friendly and highly knowledgeable about boilers. His recommendation fits perfectly and his work was so neat and tidy we feel bad covering it with a cupboard. Will be using his services again for our next project. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Good advice on choice of boiler, arrived on time and installed with a minimum of disruption. Everything fully checked, operation clearly explained and everywhere left clean and tidy. The whole system is now working much better and all at a really competitive price. Perfect service, highly recommended.

After installing most of our project and promised to return where we paid in full, Ben has taken full payment and not returned to install the remaining radiators and pipe work. Not answered call, messages or email. Now seeking legal action.

Had a Worcester 8000 boiler fitted by Ben on 12th Aug. Ben was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. Arrived on time and kept the disruption to a minimum even though we had the boiler moved to a different location in the house. Even put the hoover around when he was finished! Highly recommended, thanks again

Contacted them for a boiler repair. They took my details, told me they would call me back with a price, two hours later no reply which left it too late for me to get anyone else out. Thanks guys. As per your reply: you only asked me for the make and model of my boiler. You then ignored my numerous telephone calls. I'm sorry but it isn't acceptable. If you had time to text me and ask for the make and model of my boiler, you surely had time to text me and let me know that 1. You couldnt do it today. Or 2. At least acknowledge receipt of my text message reply with the information you requested.
