I've used this garage for all my cars and work van over 6 years, nothing has ever been a problem from any range of jobs small or large. Even after service advice and support was great as I know nothing about vehicles and they always made me feel warmed by their advice. One thing I liked is the compassion and personal touch they gave at a time I lost my Wife. Just avoid. Booked 2 cars - 1st full service, 2nd diesel filter change. Not to sure what they've done on 1st car, but after service oil was black as before service. So I guess they just charged money. Didn't bother to do anything on 2nd car, promised to come to my place and changed that filter. To my phone call and question when they are coming - answer was - I don't know anything about it. Just avoid Updated. Funny, how nothing is in your "answer" is true. Vehicle in question has less than 17.000miles on it, what mileage you're talking about? For demanding part - we agreed over the phone that you'll do it ASAP, because I live farther away, because I'll be after 13hrs night shift, because my wife will be bringing vehicle together with our 3 years old, who has cancer, and we won't be able to wait for long or collect vehicle later. Bet when I came it all of the sudden become leave it to us, and we will do it some time today. And to 2nd vehicle (even though I has been agreed)- you refused to do it at all, and booked me for today 14.04.23, but when I asked you, when you're coming, I've been told - that you have no clue about that. Why lie? Simple, we're sorry for poor service would suffice, why lie? Service: Oil change
