Terrible!! what a rude nasty women. Refused to scan my parcel and said it wouldnt scan. How would you know if you didnt try? Yodel will be contacted about this as she is turning away business, and this not the first time she has done it to me and judging by the reviews is also doing it to others. I bet shes not go a problem with the commission from it though. Vile and rude and I will never step foot in that shop again. Avoid, do not go in the shop. Not even 1 star but cant post a zero
