I happened to discover this delightful street food cabin where I purchased a delicious serving of Spaghetti Bolognese made using locally reared beef served with all the seasoning that one would expect. If you like good food then you will enjoy Pasta a Mano.

A chance encounter on a bimble along the coastal path. Parrog is one of my favourite places and to find this small but perfect Italian take-away van made a lovely day perfect. The worst thing was having to decide what I would order. I decided upon the Pesto Preseli, pasta with home made pesto from local seasonal herbs and lashings of parmesan shavings. The cannoli were just tempting me so as not to be rude I chose a lemon filling. O my word, a little curl of heaven. Service was wonderful, polite, well turned out and very informative regarding his dishes. The little van has a hygiene rating of 5, better than so many established restraunts. All of this and the perfect backdrop of Parrog.

Found Pasta a Mano completely by chance, and what a find. Ordered spaghetti bolognese and tagliatelle with pesto followed by cannoli and ate it whilst looking out over the bay. Absolutely fabulous and such friendly service too. Definitely going back, I think its going to be one our regular places to eat and relax. A+++++++++++++ David and Nicole Parking: Free

If you want to be ignored, go to Pasta a Mano. There was no people, no queue so I went up to order, there was no hello, no greeting, no eye contact from either of the 2 men working. I stood and waited, and waited. Again no hello, no acknowledgement from them so I had to ask if i could order after 15 mins of being ignored! It was so awkward why they wouldn't acknowledge me standing there. Perhaps a course in customer service would benefit them. I am pleased I didn't stay, 10 for boiled pasta with grated cheese. Definitely give it a miss.
