Great service recently received. I didn't receive a 'customer satisfaction survey' email post service, so I thought I'd write a Google review instead. A special thanks and acknowledgment to Tom Williams, the service manager. He was totally understanding and accommodating to meet my specific needs regarding a gearbox oil change. Helpful, flexible, and great in that he was so readily available to help/answer questions both on the day, and via a phone conversation prior. Also thanks to Ethan (I think) who did the service and did a de- brief afterwards.
