Most dodgy shop I've ever come across. Warned my friend about accepting a job here after one of the last had been shut down due to damp issues that were never fixed. They have no HR and are running a business like the dark ages, very strange seems unlawful. My friend was dismissed with no reason as to why, two weeks before Christmas with no notice. Customers are offered no cash back, sometimes won't accept exchanges or credit notes without reason? Someone recently had visited the shop from the council to check the health and safety of the shop and had issue with many things, all of which the owner disregarded. The shop was then given 7 days to fix these problems but instead just appealed the case. The fire escape door broken for example, stock in the way and hanging off of doors, especially the entrance which has been blatantly ignored. The three shops are freezing cold, when I stopped in to visit my friend I was legitimately shocked, but he told me two of which have no heating and the one that does they weren't allowed to turn on as the owner Nick would go mad. No lunch breaks allowed? Even though you're legally entitled to them if you work more than 4 hours. Can't book holidays or even be sick as far as their concerned the place is so understaffed and mismanaged. Have had to watch my friend continuously turn up to work while sick, do his job probably to a better standard than everyone within the 'business' not receive even a thank you for doing so and has now been let go? Absolute ridiculous place. Would recommend anyone against shopping here and especially considering work here, not worth it in the slightest.

My mum went in the exchange a faulty top. The woman was very rude!! Disgusting customer service!
